All services are subject to separate service agreements.

3. SMS Messaging Program

3.1 Program Description

ServiceFlow AI LLC operates an SMS messaging program for the purpose of communicating with prospective and current clients. When you opt in, you may receive text messages including:

• Confirmation of your Free AI Audit request
• Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
• Follow-up messages related to your inquiry
• Information about ServiceFlow AI services relevant to your business
• Occasional promotional messages about new features or offers

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 5 messages per month on average, though frequency may be higher during active onboarding or scheduling periods.

3.2 How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from ServiceFlow AI LLC at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number, except as required by law.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier will apply to all messages sent and received as part of our SMS program. ServiceFlow AI LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier. Check your mobile plan for details.

3.5 Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. ServiceFlow AI LLC and the mobile carriers involved in delivering messages are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery that are outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, carrier filtering, or device compatibility issues.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may vary.

3.6 Age Restriction for SMS

Our SMS messaging program is intended for business owners and professionals aged 18 years or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.
